1. Free Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. There are no hidden fees or surprise handling charges at checkout.

2. Processing & Handling Time

Each piece undergoes a strict quality and paint inspection before dispatch.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, standard delivery times are estimated as follows:

United States: 3-5 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 6 – 10 business days
Canada & Australia: 7 – 12 business days
Rest of the World: 6 – 20 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons.

All figurines are carefully nestled in custom-molded high-density foam and packaged in a sturdy protective gift box to ensure maximum protection during international transit.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

6. 100% Transit Protection & Damaged Goods Guarantee

We guarantee safe arrival. If your figurine arrives damaged or broken in transit:

Please take clear photos of the damaged item and the exterior packaging.
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
We will immediately arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund—no hassle.
