How HolyPop Started
HolyPop began in 2025 with one figurine: a smiling shepherd cradling a soft little lamb. It was the first piece our family passed around at Easter, and the first thing every visitor picked up and asked about.
We never set out to build a brand. We wanted to put one good object into one pair of hands. But that small shepherd kept the conversation going — about the story it told, the verse behind it, and the quiet it brought into a room. So we kept going, and the Living Gospel Collection was born.
Today every HolyPop piece is still painted by hand in small batches. Nothing here is mass-produced, and no two figurines are exactly alike.
The Living Gospel Collection: Five Scenes, One Story
Read in order, the collection walks through the life of Jesus — from the shepherd's field to the empty tomb.

How Each Figurine Is Made
Four steps, all done in small batches.
1. Sculpted, then cast in solid resin. Every figure starts as a hand-sculpted master — the folds of the robe, the curve of the hands, the expression on the face. The master is then cast in solid resin, which holds fine detail far better than a hollow mould and gives each piece a satisfying weight in the hand.
2. Painted by hand, in passes. A painter works through three to five passes: base coats first, then skin tones, then the eyes, then the small things you only notice up close — the blush in the cheeks, the gold on the halo, the shadow beneath the lamb's ear.
3. Checked one by one. Before boxing, every figurine is set down, turned, and looked at from the front, the back, and the base. Pieces that do not meet our standard are repainted rather than shipped.
4. Packed to be given. Each figurine sits in a foam cradle inside a printed gift box, so it arrives ready to hand over — no wrapping needed, no extra cost.
